Our parent company, CTP Holdings, provides comprehensive, accurate Aircraft Appraisal Reports for financial institutions and individuals.

While adhering to Vref Appraisal Standards, CTP Holdings may use either the Cost Approach, the Income Approach, or the Market or Sales Comparison Approach in the course of preparing your appraisal.

Appraisal Report types very; however, your report may include information regarding:

• Technical and Airframe records
• Maintenance Status and Log Books
• Airworthiness
• Interior and Exterior condition based on visual inspection
• A synopsis of your aircraft’s model series and current market conditions
• A suggested Fair Market Value

**Once your Appraisal Report is complete, it will be delivered to you electronically or overnight via FedEx.
